Before you call, it is fair to know exactly what is being promised. Four things, each one about this service rather than about anybody else’s work.
The phone is answered around the clock
Any hour, any day: the line is answered. A burst pipe at 2am is the ordinary case for this trade, not the exception.
Nothing to pay for being connected
Using this service costs you nothing. No charge to call, none to be connected, and none for whatever quotes you collect. Only the work you hire is paid for, and you pay the contractor directly.
Local crews who carry their own paperwork
You are put through to an independent contractor who holds whatever licences, registrations and permits this trade and Colorado require for the job, carries its own insurance, and actually works in Colorado Springs. Ask to see the paperwork before work starts — any contractor worth hiring expects the question.
Not the right contractor? Call again
A contractor who misses the appointment or rubs you the wrong way is a reason to call back, not to give up. Ask for a different one; it costs nothing and nobody will argue.
What this page does not promise
These are commitments about a connection, not about construction. The contractor is an independent business and the job is their contract with you — so get the scope, the price and any workmanship guarantee from them, in writing, before work starts.
